I am a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, self-injury, substance use, self-esteem, and trauma histories. I believe in using an integrative approach that is client-centered and tailored to meet each individual's specific set of strengths and needs.
I integrate art-making processes into my sessions to help increase personal awareness, improve self-confidence, help resolve conflict, and support positive personal growth.
