Biography

Bob incorporates elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, and communication skills in assisting clients toward the recognition of their best selves in the service of providing therapy that motivates, improves self esteem, and works to maximize functionality.
Bob believes that building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship through a collaborative, respectful, compassionate approach, can create an environment where clients can maximize their potential for growth and optimal functioning
