I received my Master’s Degree in counseling psychology from Northeastern University in 2011. My clinical specialties include: trauma informed modalities for children. I incorporate Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my sessions. I have devoted my career to working with young children from 0 to 5 years of age, adolescents, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I incorporate unstructured reflective developmental guidance for parents to help them appreciate their young child's understanding of the world. I am nationally certified in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and sessions can be provided in Spanish.
