I earned my MSW from Simmons College and have experience working with children, adolescents and adults in residential, day treatment, and outpatient settings. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, with an emphasis on my clients’ strengths. I help clients feel safe, accepted, and supported in our therapeutic relationship which creates the foundation for our work together. Through our work, my clients deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen their mind-body connection, and discover inner knowledge and resources. I deeply value connecting with my clients and being part of their journey towards growth.
