I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Adelphi University and completed my internship at the VA Hospital in Bedford, MA. I also pursued additional clinical experience in post-doctoral fellowships at Harvard Vanguard and MassGeneral for Children at North Shore Medical Center (NSMC) in Behavioral Health and Neuropsychology.
I focus on helping individuals strengthen self esteem and identity, cope effectively with the multiple challenges of aging, and improve relationships by enhancing skills in communication. I strive to adapt treatment to the unique needs of each individual, stressing the collaborative nature of psychotherapy, and my role in providing empathy and authenticity that enable clients to safely explore their concerns.
