Ana Silfer, PhD, LMHC

My goal is to provide a caring and empathic setting within which a client can comfortably address concerns. Past relationships or events are explored for assumptions or behaviors adaptive at the time, but which now may frustrate attempts at further mastery and growth. In developing a treatment plan responsive to the client’s needs and strengths, I seek to offer the guidance and support that enable the client to adopt a more present-oriented and gratifying way of life.
