Quinn utilizes a client-centered and strength-based approach that
balances active action towards change with reflection upon the
internal and environmental factors that influence a client’s
current functioning. He encourages clients to begin to treat
themselves with compassion and respect by helping them to slow
down, regulate, and examine their perspectives and experiences with
a more non-judgemental eye. His aim is to create a safe
environment for clients to explore themselves and their experiences
and craft the fulfilling lives they desire.
