I earned a master’s degree (M.Ed) in risk and prevention from Harvard University and a masters degree in social work (MSW) from Boston University. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children and parent / infant dyads for over 18 years, working to help them make changes to improve mood, behavior, relationships and overall well-being. I believe a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship is grounded on rapport and relationship building and the creation of a safe space in which to explore emotional and behavioral challenges.
