Laurel Galford

Earning my Bachelors in Humanities and Women’s Studies from the University of New Hampshire, as well as my Master’s of Social Work from Simmons University, I have combined my passion for social justice, with the power of personal change and growth. I believe therapy can be a wonderful tool to help clients reach their full potential, increase self esteem, gain insight to their relational patterns, and understand the mind/body connection. Using humor, mindfulness, and a holistic view of wellness, I hope to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives and reach their personal goals.
