Lauren Alvarado

I provide strength based, holistic, and mindfulness-based approach to foster resilience within individuals and families. I believe that the power of knowing oneself is the key to coping with life’s trials and tribulations. I work with children (8-13), adolescents (13-18) and adults (18-30). I view my role in each client’s treatment as a support in the rewriting of their stories to be their best self; whether their journey to self-acceptance is achieved via individual, family, or group therapy.
