I am dedicated to providing a therapeutic space that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering for clients of all identities and backgrounds. I use an integrative therapy approach tailored to the unique needs of each individual. My work is centered around the belief that each person has the capacity and resiliency to build and live a meaningful and fulfilling life, and we all need support at times in this ongoing process of change, healing, and growth. My work is also informed by my lived experiences across three continents.
I received my MSW from Boston College and master’s degree in social psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I trained in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts Medical Center and the Department of Behavioral Health at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Atrius Health.
