Adam Coolidge

I am a licensed individual therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, and difficult life-transitions. My clients are typically looking for a path to cope with their present concerns through developing and strengthening skills and self-understanding to aid them in living more comfortable, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. I use an eclectic approach to engage in a client-centered relationship formed through compassion, empathy, and validation. Mental health is a challenging landscape, yet with the right support I believe the process can be rewarding too.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space to help people guide themselves toward a place of empowerment and personal growth. I specialize in humanistic practice and know that each person possesses their own unique strengths and abilities to build upon in helping them evolve and improve their quality of life.
