Dana Snyder

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. For over 20 years, I have worked with clients who seek to make changes to improve their health and well-being. I believe that human connection and the therapeutic relationship between counselor and client can strengthen self-esteem and promote motivation, growth, and change.  My approach is interactive, gentle, and direct. I encourage my clients to thoughtfully reflect back, actively stay present, and mindfully make healthy choices moving forward.
