Are you struggling with life transitions and experiencing stress, anxiety or depression? Have you experienced trauma that is preventing you from having healthy relationships? Or do you just want to learn how to problem solve around a relational conflict or specific issue you are encountering ? All individuals can benefit from having a safe place to share their stories, learn new skills, and recognize personal strengths that can help them navigate the tides of change that life brings.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with managing symptoms and behaviors relating to: anxiety, depression, low self worth, and poor attachment. I also have experience in the areas of emotional regulation, divorce reaction, family/peer conflict, executive functioning and adjustment to life stressors.

I believe that successful therapeutic outcomes are dependent on a strong alliance between the therapist and patient. I am passionate about opportunities to understand what you  are experiencing in order to guide you toward the growth and change that you are seeking.
