I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with adults with a variety of challenges and mental health needs. I have experience working with veterans and am able to address mental health needs specifically unique to this population. Prior to my education in nursing I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience and also have experience working with children and families with type 1 diabetes. My unique experiences and background allow me to have a well rounded background to be able to help people from all backgrounds.
I have a particular interest in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I also have training in whole health and my sessions incorporate holistic modalities that treat the whole person.
