I graduated from Boston University School for Social Work in 2009. I worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families, both in a school based setting and outpatient, as well as eight years working in an intensive outreach therapy program. My specialties with children and adolescents include: mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, family systems, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. My adult work has centered around anxiety, depression and mood disorders, and complex family systems. In addition to holding a certificate in the use of CBT, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy.
