Music therapy is an evidence-based treatment option for a wide range of mental health conditions. Through listening to, playing, or composing music, participants can explore new ways to express emotion, release stress, boost their mood, and connect with others.
Music therapy at Dana Group can complement talk therapy and is offered as individual music therapy session or in a weekly music therapy group. Anyone can be a music therapy, and there is no skill requirement to join.
