Privacy and Confidentiality:

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your health care information. Protecting your privacy and the confidentially of your medical information is a critical factor in providing mental health services. The code of ethics; HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act); as well as CHAPTER 42 CFR Part 2 (Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records) mandates that all information about you be protected; and that any disclosure of your protected Health Information (PHI) requires your written consent. 

Payments and Fee:

You may choose to self-pay or use health insurance. We accept major credit cards for your convenience. If you are experiencing financial difficulties, you may qualify for certain special payment schedules. Copayments and deductibles are payable at the time of the appointment and are a patient’s responsibility. If you are unable to pay your co-payments, you may be billed at the discretion of the billing department. .

Insurance:

We accept most insurance health policies and generally our services are covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Our staff is available to assist you in determining your available coverage. Medical Reimbursement Accounts: You may use a pre-tax health reimbursement account or flexible spending plans. If your insurance policy is not accepted, you may call your carrier directly to see if our providers may be covered or if there is an out-of-network benefit available.

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, a no show fee may be applied. Missed or cancelled appointment fees are not covered by health insurance and are a patient’s responsibility.
